Played the rom and I am severely pissed off with the ending. They had a decent story going but the Elite Four sucked terribly. I had hope for Champion Iris but she was terrible, my Starmie kicked her ass, and only lost one pokemon to her. I practically owned the Elite Four and Iris was nothing but my sex slave. I don't even know what the heck is going on in the post game and what there is to praise.
Tl;dr: Story was good, ending sucked, confused about post game, don't know what happened to Hilbert/Hilda

I heard it got worse reviews than B/W from some Japanese place. But B/W got perfect scores from them, so fuck them.

I actually heard there is an English translation in progress. and its like 80% complete.

I played through it with the translation patches and loved it. Much better than B&W, but as said above, the E4 sucked horribly. Darmanitan and Lucario raped them.

I suppose I could get over the Elite Four, but I hate this gen. Haha, i'm still waiting for it to port to 3DS. If you play regular DS games on 3DS, the graphics suck. Its like play NES on a flatscreen. |

I really loved the game, to be honest. Easily my favorite.
I've beat the game twice, and I enjoyed it both times.
And apparently I'm also the only one who absolutely adores Iris. I think making her champion was pretty awesome, to be honest. Yeah, she was pretty easy to take down, but hell if she didn't have the coolest in-battle background in the game and have one of the best battle themes in the series.
