(I didn't meet the requirements paragraph wise, but I worked hard on it)

Overall Appearance:
Likes to wear fancier than average clothes, 5.6, and his hair just stops an inch above his eyes. Also his hair is a dark cyan. He is on the skinny side, but not entirely, and is not that buff.
He has alot of facial expressions, but his most famous one is his evil grin, the face he has on when you know he has something up his sleeve. Girls think of him as better than average, so he can get chased alot.
Distinguishing Features ( I don't have two paragraphs, but i'll name some traits):
History:
You can argue over if Delyer's was good or bad. At just the age of 5, Delyer's father died. As a result of this Delyer does not remember alot, if not much of all of his father. His mother is a single mom, employed at a flowershop in Floaroma Town, so Delyer hardly sees her, as she only comes back once a year. He doesn't do much at his house in Nuvema Town either, other than sleeping, and on occasions going for small walks in the wood. Matter in fact that's his escape. He is fascinated by Pokemon, and when he has troubles, he goes to the woods and is happily greeted by Pokemon of all kinds. He has always wanted one, but his mutual bonds with the Pokemon in the woods is too strong for him to take them. That's why he is eager to obtain a Pokemon from professor Juniper.
He has always envisioned becoming a Pokemon trainer, as he heard stories of them, traveling across regions, battling to become the best. He has promised himself that if he becomes a trainer, to work as hard as he can. He has a goal to see the outside world, and to see all the different pokemon.
Not to mention, Delyer is moderately rich, he intends not to spend his money, and save it instead. It was all gained from his fathers own abandoned business, that made special scents to attract certain pokemon. Delyer doesn't know that though, as he barely knew his father.
After all the family troubles hes went to, and social issues, there is not much of a life when it comes to Delyer, but that will change soon.

Delyer's happiness was at its peak. It was a warm, summer day, the sun was beating down on him, yet he was staying comforted by the shade of the big tree above him. This tree was his was his favorite, surrounded by the homes of multiple Lillipup and Patrat, in which he all loved as family. He would be heartbroken to catch one in a pokeball. He believes that it is rude to to keep a pokemon in a pokeball all day. He dreams of having one pokemon, bonding with adventure and battles, and that it will be always by his side, and not kept in a pokeball. He then puts his head softly against the tree, and drifts off into a sleep.
